What can be customised
Most OEM enquiries start from a standard model and change one or two things. The usual requests are listed below. For anything else, send it and we will tell you whether it is feasible.

How an OEM order works
- Send the details. Model number, drawing, photo or sample, the quantity, the destination port and when you need the goods. The OEM quote checklist lists everything that helps.
- We check and ask. If anything is unclear we ask before quoting, so that the price and the product match.
- Quotation by email. Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the item and are confirmed in the quotation.
- Production and shipment. The factory is in Sanmen, Zhejiang, 120 km from Ningbo Port. See importing from Ningbo for trade terms and documents.
Tested in our own laboratory
The factory has its own rubber testing laboratory with compression testing machines, tensile testing machines and hardness testers. The equipment and the checks we make are described on the Quality page.
