What does Sanmen Guohua Rubber Products make?
We manufacture rubber buckets, rubber pans and basins, flexible rubber tubs, rectangular rubber tubs, large plastic and rubber oval tubs, and rubber bases for traffic posts, stanchions and cones. We also make traffic safety products such as rubber speed humps, rubber and PVC road cones and rubber warning bollards.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Sanmen County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 400 km from Shanghai and 120 km from Ningbo Port. The site covers 15,000 m² with 10,000 m² of buildings.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own factory and production lines in Zhejiang, and we have been making rubber products for more than 20 years.
Do you offer OEM and custom products?
Yes. We produce rubber and plastic products for overseas customers through OEM services, and we can make products to your required specifications, materials and rubber formula.
Which markets do you export to?
More than 90% of our products are exported. Our main markets are Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
What sizes of rubber buckets do you make?
Our standard rubber buckets range from 7 L to 20 L. Rubber pans and tubs go from 2 L up to 56 L, and plastic and rubber oval tubs from 58 L to over 400 L. Each bucket and tub model page lists its dimensions, capacity and weight.
How do you control quality?
We run an in-house rubber testing laboratory with compression testing machines, tensile testing machines and hardness testers, which we use to check mechanical strength, elasticity and wear resistance of our materials and products.
